Goal affords assets for Mattress Bug Consciousness Week

Target Specialty Products, a pest and lawn and ornamental solutions provider in the United States and Canada, offers pest control tools and solutions to grow their bed bug business this season.

Bed Bug Awareness Week will take place this week from June 7th to 13th, 2020. The annual awareness campaign is sponsored by the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA), which serves as public relations work for the National Pest Management Association (NPMA).

PPMA encourages PMPs and industry members to join in by launching media campaigns, including making their company’s social media pages available for bed bugs during the week and using the hashtag #BedBugWeek on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

Target Specialty Products is also planning a number of bed bug social media posts related to Bed Bug Awareness Week recommended by Pest Control Experts (PMPs) to share with their online audience.

This year, Target Specialty Products posted a Bed Bug Awareness Week blog that featured PMP’s ideas for growing their bed bug business.

The organization also invited PMPs to watch their hour-long webinar, recorded last month and sponsored by Aprehend, that talks to Dr. Nina Jenkins on developing successful bed bug protocols. She is an Associate Research Professor at Penn State Department of Entomology and Co. – Founder and Chief Technology Officer of ConidioTec. PMPs can now watch the recorded webinar.
