If you ask us, what better way to start the onset of spring than to spend the weekend learning all about gardening. For this reason we are particularly excited about the Great Grow Along Festival, which will take place from March 19-21. This virtual festival is aimed at gardening enthusiasts of all skill levels.
Currently in session (don’t worry – tons of activities planned throughout the weekend), the festival consists of more than 40 sessions from expert gardeners including Jasmine Jefferson from Black Girls With Gardens, Nick Cutsumpas from popular Instagram account @farmernick, and David Mizejewski from the National Wildlife Federation. These sessions (which range from workshops to Q&A to live interviews) focus on the following six topics: edible gardening, pollinators and plants, urban gardening, DIY landscaping, houseplants, and (oh yes!) Soil.
