Special about the Tallahassee Democrats
September is an exciting time to garden in our area as you can plant one final crop of summer staples like tomatoes and peppers, and also bring in your first crop of cool season vegetables.
Attend Esposito’s weekly virtual seminar on Saturday September 11th to learn how to mix the two plants in your garden.
“There are some differences in planting warm-season vegetables in spring and autumn,” said Ms. Grow-It-All, aka Esposito Garden Consultant and moderator of the Audrey Post seminar series. “There are also differences in planting vegetables in the cool season now compared to December or January. Visit us on Saturday via Zoom to see how you can manage both cultures. “
The seminar is free via Zoom, but registration is required. Go to the Events section of our Esposito Garden Center Facebook page to sign up. You can also register at espositogardencenter.com. You will receive a confirmation email with the link and your password for the seminar.
The zoom portal opens at 9:30 a.m. and the seminar itself begins at 10 a.m. and lasts about an hour. Please check in at least five to 10 minutes earlier.
