He claims his prison cell is “wired”.

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate, who is currently jailed in Romania on sex trafficking allegations, has complained about the allegedly appalling conditions in his prison cell – which he says is dark and infested with cockroaches and lice

The jailed ex-kickboxer expressed his grievances in an email to fans after a Romanian court recently ruled he would be jailed for another month, Jam Press reported.

In the message to subscribers to his website, titled “My first email from prison,” the British-American businessman wrote: “They’re trying to break me. Thrown into a cell with no light.”

“Roaches, lice and bed bugs are my only friends at night,” lamented Tate, 36, who has over 4.7 million followers on Twitter but has been banned from multiple social media platforms for alleged hate speech and misogynist views.

British-US former professional kickboxer and controversial influencer Andrew Tate (3rd R) and his brother Tristan Tate (2nd R) are remanded in custody on the 10th on alleged human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal organisation.

Despite his allegedly abhorrent prison conditions, Tate claims he is a model prisoner.

“When the guards take me to and from the courtroom, I remain absolutely respectful,” the ex-combatant claimed, adding that the guards know he’s “innocent” despite the powers that be trying to “put hatred in my heart.” to pour”.

Tate, 36, and his brother Tristan were arrested on December 29 in Bucharest along with two Romanian women on allegations of rape and participation in a criminal ring that exploited women to create pornographic material.

Police raids that same day turned up stacks of money, designer watches and even weapons, including pistols, a hatchet and swords. Meanwhile, investigators were seen on Saturday towing the Tate brothers’ fleet of luxury supercars from their mansion on the outskirts of town.

While the siblings were originally detained for just a month, Romanian judges ruled the couple would remain in detention until February 27.

As no formal charges have been filed, neither Andrew nor Tristan have closed pleas – although they unsuccessfully appealed their detention last week.

Tate’s defense attorney Constantin Ioan Gliga has since called the sentence “unjustified and utterly excessive” and claimed they were being punished for their opinions and not for “what they actually did in their private lives”.

Meanwhile, Tate’s security chief Bogdan Stancu called the influencer’s accusers “stupid” for believing they would be “his next wife”.

Tate, meanwhile, continues to claim he is innocent. “I am in custody while they ‘search’ for evidence,” the disgraced social media star claimed in a Twitter post Thursday. “Evidence they will never find because we are not guilty.”

Evidence they’ll never find because we’re not guilty.

They have and will continue to ignore and throw away any testimony or hard evidence that we are innocent.

In my case, it’s not about the truth.

This is about politics. https://t.co/1XExhveYNb
