The incident happened around 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 16, and saw that the resident of Gellatley Road was approached by the man who visited her address and offered to work in the garden. He followed her to her house and received £ 30 – but no gardening work was done.

When he left her home, he exposed himself indecently. The suspect spoke in broken English and was “possibly of European descent”.

He is described as about 1.70 m tall, of medium height, and with short light hair. He wore a green sweater with white writing “Baumchirurg” and another white lettering on the back. He was driving a white van that might have read “Gardening” or “Gardening” on the side.
