Inspectors say the No. 3 J-Ville Crab Shack on North Edgewood Avenue near West Beaver Street had a time / temperature security breach, a flour bottle of aspirin, and a microwave oven contaminated with crusted food debris.

The waffle house on Duval Road near Interstate 95 was cited for raw pet food stored over ready-to-eat feed, employee personal items stored over a food prep area, and trash on the floor around a dumpster.

Inspectors said the Domo Japanese restaurant on East West Parkway near County Road 220 had three small live flying insects in the kitchen, raw pet food stored over ready-to-eat food, and a time / temperature security breach.

All restaurants have passed follow-up checks.
