SAINT ANTONIO – A pizza restaurant in far north San Antonio was cited last month after a city health inspector found dead pests, a live cockroach and the presence of flying insects.
Center Court Pizza and Brew, located on the 20700 block of Wilderness Oak, received a score of 78 and was also contacted for not having hot water in some hand sinks, Metropolitan Health records show.
The facility was also docked due to severe grease and dirt buildup on its fume hood system.
100-90 = A (very good to acceptable)
