Andrew Tate has moaned about the conditions in his prison cell, including “roaches, lice and bed bugs”.

The former kickboxer and influencer, who was arrested last month on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and forming an organized crime group to exploit women, also complains that his cell also has “no lights”.

The influencer has spoken out about his prison conditions after a court ruled he could stay in Romania’s prison for another month.

The 36-year-old sent followers of his website a message entitled “My first email from prison”.

Tate was arrested last month along with his younger brother Tristan and two Romanian women.

They were remanded in custody for 30 days, but last week the court extended them to February 27.

Romanian authorities also confiscated several luxury cars from Tate’s villa on the outskirts of the capital.

The British-American national currently has 4.4million followers on Twitter, having previously been banned from various social media platforms for expressing misogynist views and hate speech.

All parties deny wrongdoing.

In the message from prison, Tate said: “They’re trying to break me.

“Thrown into a cell with no light.

“Roaches, lice and bed bugs are my only friends at night.

“When the guards take me to and from the courtroom, I remain absolutely respectful.

“You’re trying to pour hate into my heart.”

Tate also mentions the prison guards on numerous occasions, claiming they “know I’m innocent.”
